Every fiscal year a Municipal Service Review & Sphere of Influence update is completed for various agencies.

In Fiscal Year 2023/2024 the following agencies are scheduled for an update: City of Anderson; Fall River Valley FPD; Burney FPD; County Service Area #1 – County Fire.

In Fiscal Year 2022/2023 the following agencies are scheduled for an update: Anderson Cottonwood Irrigation District (A.C.I.D.); City of Shasta Lake; Clear Creek Community Services District; County Services Area #14 – Belmont; County Services Area #15 – Lighting.

In Fiscal Year 2021/2022 the following agencies are scheduled for an update: Centerville Community Services District; City of Redding; County Services Area #23 – Crag View; Mayers Memorial Healthcare District; Mountain Gate Community Services District .
