The Commission will receive a presentation from Chris Norden, Public Affairs Field Coordinator for the Northern Section, on what CSDA is and how membership can benefit local special districts.

Any member of the public may address the Commission on scheduled public hearing items. The Chair may regulate the order of such presentations and reserves the right to limit the time allowed for each person to speak.
a. City of Anderson Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Update – PDF
The Commission will consider adopting the Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Update for the City of Anderson. This item is considered exempt from CEQA pursuant to Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15306 and Section 15061(b)(3).

The next Regular Commission Meeting is scheduled for Thursday February 6, 2025, at 9:00am at the City of Redding Council Chambers located at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA 96001.
If you choose not to observe the LAFCO meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. Please submit your comment to amber@shastalafco.org. Your comment will be placed into the record at the LAFCO meeting.
