*       A California Department of Fish and Game fee, as indicated above, may be charged when LAFCO is the lead agency for environmental review or when LAFCO determines that such a fee has not been paid during or after lead agency consideration of the proposal.

**     A check in the amount of $50.00 (payable to the County Clerk) must be submitted to LAFCO at the time of application for payment of County Clerk environmental document processing fees. If the proposal is denied, the check will be returned to the applicant.
